Happy & efficient customer service. No, not just bog standard... This is real Italian, homey, get in here and eat, chat, stay a while.

Happy to feel like I've just arrived in Italy. The shop is not huge and that's a good thing. Snug, cosy, welcoming and you're in the mix with true Italians.

Just by the hustle and bustle of the 'Pound a Bowl' market on the high street is this little Italian Dellicatessen.
While it makes a change from the 99 p stores, Sainsbury's and fishmongers everywhere in Lewisham town centre, it has its Cons.
There is as you can imagine, pasta, biscuits , pistachio milk - the standard. Along with fresh olives and meats behind the counter.
Surprisingly the fresh counter is reasonably priced, but the cupboard food is extortionately priced - even for Italian imports.
Service is also very slow. But it has it's place.
